Quality control

With the aim of assuring the highest quality of our products our company introduced the system of quality control. One of its elements is TUV documentation concerning welding. These are “Welding Procedure Specifications” (WPS), "Welding Procedure Approval Record" (WPAR); welding procedure approval - welding certification as well as Welding Procedure Specification. The quality of welding is in house checked by ultrasound scanner of the Krautkramer GmbH type USM 25 DAC LEMO which our company possesses. Welding is conducted by our highly professional staff with the necessary qualifications.

Random checks are made on some products from every batch and the quality is controlled in accordance with standards,ISO-3903-1977 for ship glass and ISO 1751-1977 for ship sidescuttles as well as Instruction regulating the procedure of quality in PROMAP a limited liability company.
