Preservatives

The method of protecting frames is achieved by blasting SA 2.5 (for steel frame's) coating them with a layer of oxygen or zinc paint or by galvanizing. The thickness of paint and the choice of paint producer depend on our customers' decisions and needs. In the event of no reservations for the method of protecting the frames it is done according to ISO standards. In a standard version we use Sigma Weld MC paint from an International company. If required the frames can be "hot deep galvanized".
In standard method the glass is protected by foil in liquid which permits safe transportation avoiding scratches. If required glass may be protected with stretch foil and wooden plates or white protected PCV plates.

Glass frames (glass frames fixing glass into the ship frames) are protected by special PCV foil during transportation.
